A bit about Jan.......
My motivation for starting my own personal training business is that I care about one’s general health and well being inside and out. We need exercise to keep us strong and fit, physically and mentally.
I have a wealth of knowledge and know what it is like to raise a young family, juggling work commitments and fitting in exercise, and most recently going through menopause and the changes that brings.
I have watched and been a part of the changes in the way we eat and watched in horror as the obesity and illness levels have climbed because of it. We need to change the way we eat to become a healthy nation again.
Over the years I have had to alter my own diet as my body didn’t like some of the foods I was eating or I developed an allergy to. I am exploring the positive effects of juicing, eating organic and raw foods. Statistics will tell us approximately 80% of weight problems is nutritional so if we can get that right we are onto a winner.

My Qualifications:
*Master Personal Trainer
*Registered Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia
*PT with 20 years experience in Group Fitness including BodyStep, BodyPump, RPM, Body Combat, BodyBalance , CXWRX
*Also trained in Thumped, boxing for fitness, TRX and Fit ball.

What I Offer:
*Personal training packages in Karratha and Dampier either at local parks, your own home or my home.
*Huge variety including use of battling ropes, bungee cords, sand bags, agility ladders, sledge, body strength and sport specific training.
*One on one exclusive training
*Small groups male and female from 2 upwards
*Beach and Flexibility training
*Half hour, ¾ hour and full hour training sessions
*Nutritional advice and healthy recipes

A bit about April....
My philosophy with food is as follows- it doesn’t need to be something we see as the enemy, calories don’t need to be counted, we don’t need to deny ourselves of pleasure and feel guilty about indulgence. Food is a gift and I can help you rebuild a positive relationship with it that has endless and far-reaching health benefits.
